Payment Terms: Payments must be made as agreed in the project proposal. Any delays may affect the timeline of project delivery.
Revisions: Reasonable revisions are included within the project scope. Additional revisions beyond the agreed number may incur extra charges.
Client Responsibilities: Clients must provide all necessary materials (e.g., content, images, access credentials) in a timely manner.
Project Timeline: Timelines are estimates and may shift based on client responsiveness and project complexity.
Dissatisfaction & Refunds: We offer a full refund if a client is dissatisfied with our services, provided the request is made within 7 working days of project delivery.
Termination: Either party may terminate the project by providing written notice. Fees may apply for completed work up to the date of termination.
Ownership: Upon full payment, clients retain ownership of the final deliverables.
